Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering products through this website, via phone, or through our Facebook page, you are agreeing to these terms:
Delivery Timeline
- You will receive your product within a maximum of 3 days if you are in Dhaka and within a maximum of 4 days if you are outside Dhaka after confirming your order.
Stock Availability
- Delivery is subject to product availability. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond the promised delivery time.
Color Selection
- You must specify your preferred color when placing your order. If you do not specify a color, we will send a product in a color of our choice, and no complaints regarding the color will be accepted.
Color Variation
- The actual product may differ slightly in color from the images displayed on the website due to lighting conditions during photography or variations in your mobile or computer screen settings.
Payment Policy
- *Bazaaro* may require partial or full payment in advance for order confirmation. If a customer is unable to make the payment, the order will not be confirmed and will be considered canceled.
Order Cancellation
- *Bazaaro* reserves the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable circumstances, even after confirmation. In such cases, if you have made an advance payment, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days upon providing necessary refund information (e.g., bKash number, Rocket number, card number).
Product Description
- Please take your time to select your product and thoroughly review the description provided on our website. No complaints will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued for orders placed without reviewing the description.
Product Code
- The product code provided on the website will be considered the correct identifier for the item.
Order Cancellation After Delivery
- If you wish to cancel your order after it has been handed over to the courier or delivery service, you will be responsible for any applicable delivery and return charges.
Change of Mind
- Returns based on a change of mind (deciding you do not want the product despite everything being correct) are not accepted.
Open Box Deliveries
- For open box deliveries (where the package/box is received opened), no complaints will be accepted after the product has been delivered.
Assembly of Products
- Portable, folding, or products that require assembly must be set up by the customer. Categories include: Wardrobe and Cabinet, Shoe Cabinet, Storage and Organizer, Dish Racks and Sink Accessories, Kitchen Rack and Shelves, Jar and Rack, Water Purifier.
Liability Disclaimer
- *Bazaaro* is not liable for any damages resulting from customer inexperience or user error.
Delivery Condition
- All deliveries are made in a sealed box (intact condition). Upon receiving the product, please check that the package/box is intact. If the package/box is torn, broken, or damaged, please contact our customer care immediately.
